Since its foundation in 1987, IBS has developed a complete range of products and services offering customised ion implantation to the European semiconductors industry. In 1998 we changed location to a new site in the Rousset-Peynier industrial estate, which is the Southern European centre for semiconductors. Our United Kingdom subsidiary was also opened in 1998 in the heart of Silicon Glen, in Bathgate, Scotland. With fourteen years experience we are now the European specialist in ion implantation. |
